Custom Stainless Enclosures, Inc. » 4Xxtreme® Series Enclosures » Multi Door Enclosures Custom Hygienic Multi-Door Enclosures When your operation requires substantial panel space for main control distribution, or complex automation systems, 4Xxtreme® Hygienic Multi-Door Enclosures deliver the capacity you need without compromising sanitary standards. Available in Double-Door, Triple-Door, Quad-Door configurations or more, these units provide a centralized, secure environment for your most critical electrical infrastructure. Unlike standard large enclosures that suffer from door sag or seal failure across wide spans, our multi-door units are engineered with a reinforced rigid frame and our proprietary Double Seal™ technology. This ensures that even our large 4-door cabinets maintain a true IP69K and Type 4X rating, protecting against high-pressure washdowns, condensation, and corrosive contaminants in the toughest indoor or outdoor environments. From heavy industry to high-tech laboratories, our enclosures are designed to meet the unique challenges of your electrical equipment. Locations of disconnects and requirements for proper disconnect spacing are determined by the purchaser. Consult Space Occupied by Disconnect drawing to determine whether or not the disconnect device you are using will fit the enclosure size that you have selected for the application. Refer to the current National Electrical Code 2008 article 430.10(B) for wiring space required for the size of conductors to be connected to disconnect. Always verify your application to determine if the wiring space is adequate before drawing approvals. Custom Stainless Enclosures, Inc. is not responsible for verifying flange design, with customer’s disconnect and or enclosure sizes.
